This action was brought to recover damages for personal injuries, damages to an automobile, and for loss of income by reason of personal injuries sustained. The cause was tried before the court and a jury, and resulted in a verdict in favor of plaintiffs in the sum of one thousand dollars. The defendants moved for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and, in the alternative, for a new trial, both of which motions were overruled. From the judgment entered upon the verdict, the defendants appeal.
