KERN, Associate Judge:

Charged in a five-count indictment with two separate rapes and related offenses, 1 appellant was found guilty as to each count after a jury trial. This appeal followed 2 and the contentions herein are that the trial court erred in the following respects: (1) denial of appellant’s motion to sever counts of the indictment; (2) exclusion of proffered expert testimony on the unreliability of eyewitness identification; and (3) failure to instruct the jury that certain evidence of inconsistent statements was admitted for impeachment only.
