This is an appeal by Pacific Gas and Electric Company (hereinafter sometimes called the company) from a judgment of the superior court determining the right of respondent Sacramento Municipal Utility District (hereinafter sometimes called the district) to condemn for public use “lands, properties and rights” of the company described in the judgment, and fixing the compensation to be paid therefor.
