OPINION
TEAGUE, Judge.
This is an appeal from a conviction for committing the offense of voluntary manslaughter on an indictment charging murder. Punishment was assessed by the jury at 11 years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
The trial court, based upon the evidence, and without any objections, and commencing with the offense of murder, charged the jury in descending order on the offenses of voluntary manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, and aggravated assault.
