These are original mandamus proceedings growing out of a series of anti-trust cases originating in the United States District Court for the District of Utah, in which petitioners herein were defendants and Utah Pie Company was the plaintiff. On September 8, 1961, Utah Pie, in separate actions against the petitioners, sought damages for unlawful price discrimination in the sale of their products in a described trading area. The cases were consolidated for trial and on February 22, 1963, a verdict was returned against each of the defendants and judgment was entered thereon. Appeals from those…
