ACF Industries, Incorporated, petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the Honorable Ernest Guinn, United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas, to vacate an order by him entered in Civil Action No. 2657, Victor Hecht and The Hecht Valve Company, Inc. v. ACF Industries, Incorporated, Chrysler Corporation and General Motors Corporation. The order (1) set aside a previous stay order entered by the Honorable Dorwin W.
