*142DEL SOLE, Judge:

Appellant, Daniel Atwood, was found guilty after a sixteen day jury trial of six counts of Theft by Deception, three counts of Perjury, and one count each of False Swearing and Theft by Failure to make Required Disposition of Funds. Appellant was sentenced to an aggregate term of six to eighteen years in confinement followed by a term of two years probation. The essence of the theft convictions is Appellant’s fraudulent acquisition of funds from participants in his evangelical revival in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
