CERCONE, President Judge Emeritus:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence of the lower court entered after appellant was convicted of theft by unlawful taking, 18 Pa.C.S.A § 3921(a), and theft by *1086deception, 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 3922(a)(1). We affirm.

Appellant, formerly quartermaster of the V.F.W. post in Oil City, Pennsylvania, was charged with having diverted to his own use $102,600.00 of the post’s funds.
