This is an action to quiet title to certain land. The findings and judgment were for defendant in the court below, and plaintiff appeals from the judgment.

Appellant is the owner of a tract of land adjoining and lying to the north of a tract of land owned by respondent; and the premises here in controversy is a small strip of land, containing about eighteen acres, lying along the boundary-line between the said two tracts.
