This is an action to quiet title to a strip of land eighteen inches in width lying within the enclosure of the de fendants, extending along the north line thereof. The real object of the action is to ascertain and adjudge the location of the boundary line between the land of plaintiffs and that of the defendants. The judgment went for the plaintiffs, the defendants’ motion for a new trial was denied, and from this ruling the defendants appeal.
