BOOTLE, Chief Judge:
By supplemental complaint the plaintiffs seek to enjoin the construction of a proposed new high school building on Madison Street in the City of Macon. Included among the defendants are, in addition to the Board of Public Education and Orphanage for Bibb County, the Georgia Education Authority (formerly called the State School Building Authority), and the State Board of Education. The alleged grounds for the injunctive relief sought are that the proposed construction would constitute a violation of this court’s order of June 29, 1967, and particularly of the following two…
