Plaintiffs appeal from judgments for defendants in these consolidated actions for abuse of process, invasion of privacy and related claims. We affirm.

Defendant Taylor is a lawyer and an associate of defendant Burt & Hagen, P.C. Plaintiffs Bradstreet, Cummins and Vaughan are certified public accountants and were formerly partners; Bradstreet and Cummins remained partners after Vaughan withdrew. In June, 1982, defendant Faraca, who is not a party to this appeal, was sued in Multnomah County for breach of a contract to purchase a business. He retained Burt & Hagen to…
