MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

Pending before the Court in this employment discrimination case is a Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) [Doc. # 27] filed by Defendant Memorial Her-mann Hospital System (“Memorial Her-mann”). 1 Plaintiff Kenneth Dortch has responded [Doc. # 31] 2 and Memorial Hermann has replied [Doc. # 32], The Court has considered these documents, all pertinent matters of record, and applicable legal authorities.
