This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in two cases consolidated, one wherein Donna Roberts, a minor, by next friend, sued to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been inflicted by the plaintiff in error, and the other wherein her father and mother sought to recover for the loss of her services to them. The allegations were, in effect, that Donna Roberts, while riding in an automobile, got her hand injured in a collision between said automobile and a street car of plaintiff in error.
