This is a condemnation proceeding for the purpose of acquiring title to land upon both sides of the Hai-lem river required for the abutments and approaches of the Willis Avenue bridge. On February 25, 1904, the Special Term made an order denying a motion to confirm the report of the commissioners of estimate and returning said report to the commissioners with instructions.
