Appellant was tried by members at a general court-martial in Wuerzburg, Germany. Contrary to his pleas, Appellant was convicted of attempted rape, failing to obey a no-contact order issued by his company commander (five specifications), forcible sodomy, assault consummated by a battery (three specifications), unlawful entry, and “harassment” in violation of Articles 80, 92, 125,128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. §§ 880, 892, 925, 928, 934, respectively.
