On report. This case originated in the Superior Court for Penobscot County and comes here on an agreed statement of facts and stipulations. The record shows that the appellant, a Maine corporation having its place of business at Bangor, was in 1957 and prior thereto engaged in the business of manufacturing knit wear. The appellees are the City of Bangor, and its duly appointed and qualified Assessors for the year 1957.
