Plaintiffs — the Trustees of the Detroit Carpenters Fringe Benefit Funds (the “Trustees”) — appeal from the district court’s dismissal of their claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001-1461, and the Michigan Building Contract Fund Act (“MBCFA”), Mich.
