This action was brought on November 25, 2015, by the Plaintiff, Foluso Fakorede, against Defendant, Mid-South Heart Center, P.C.'fMSHC” or the “Clinic”), alleging retaliation in violation of the federal False Claims Act (“FCA”), 31 U.S.C. § 3730(h).
