The plaintiff, Carter Grocery Company, a corporation under the laws of the State of Georgia, commenced this action against the defendant, H. W. Wilson, in the Court of Common Pleas for Oconee County, November 29, 1929, to recover judgment against the defendant in the sum of $182.60, for goods sold and delivered by the plaintiff to the defendant. At the time of the commencement of the suit an attachment was issued, and from an order of his Honor, Judge M. T. Bonham, refusing to grant the defendant’s motion to dissolve the attachment,…
