Appellant properly brings forward only one assignment of error. The sole question on this appeal is whether the trial court erred in declaring void the conveyance of the Church tract from the Church to the Redevelopment Commission. At the hearing, the parties stipulated that the deed to the Markham tract should be declared void, but disputed the validity of the deed to the Church tract.
