Suit is prosecuted in the name and on behalf of the United States, by Hugh M. Alcorn, State’s Attorney for Hartford County, pursuant to authority thereto granted by § 22 of Title II of the National Prohibition Act (41 U. S. Stat. at Large, p. 314), and for the purpose of enjoining and abating a certain alleged public and common nuisance as defined in §21, Title II, of this Act, alleged to be now existing on defendant’s premises.
