The controlling question herein is whether the services of claimant, Stradford, for plaintiff should be deemed to be employment subject to the terms of the Unemployment Compensation Law as amended by Oregon Laws 1937, chapter 398, p. 581, et seq., and further amended by Oregon Laws 1939, chapter 515, p. 1062, et seq.
