Introduction

Before this Court are Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Certification (Doc. 223) of a class conditionally certified under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), and affiliated Defendants’ Motion to Decertify the Conditionally Certified Class (Doc. 215). The Motions have been fully briefed (see Docs. 216, 224, 227 & 228).
