Plaintiffs Michelle Creal, Kasandra Murphy, and Felicia Wright (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed this three-count action in June 2013 against Defendant Group 0, Inc. (“Group 0”) seeking overtime wages under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 Ü.S.C. § 201 et seq. (Count I) and Illinois wage laws (Counts II and III).
