SOBELOFF, Circuit Judge:

The National Labor Relations Board adopted the finding of its trial examiner that Naval Architects, Inc., of Norfolk, Virginia, had committed unfair labor practices in violation of sections 8(a) (1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 158(a)(1), (3) (1958). It ordered the company to cease and desist from its unfair practices and to reinstate with back pay six machinists and machinists’ helpers discharged at the height of the organizing campaign.
