This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the circuit court for Iowa county, James P. Fiedler, Circuit Judge. The circuit court adjudged Laurence C. Popanz guilty on two counts of violating Wisconsin’s compulsory school attendance law, sec. 118.15(1) (a), Stats. 1981-82. Sec. 118.15(1) (a), requires a person having control of a child who is between the ages of 6 and 18 years to cause the child to attend public or private school regularly.
