This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals which affirmed a judgment of the circuit court for Milwaukee county, FREDERICK P. Kessler presiding, convicting the defendant, O. Z. Baldwin, of two counts of second-degree sexual assault contrary to sec. 940.225(2) (a), Stats. 1975. 1 Baldwin was sentenced to two concurrent six-year terms at the Wisconsin State Prison at Waupun.
