LORETTA A. PRESKA, Chief Judge:

Plaintiff PB Americas Inc. (“PB”) brings this action for declaratory relief and breach of contract arising out of Defendants Continental Casualty Company’s (“Continental”) and CNA Insurance Companies’ (“CNA”) alleged refusal to provide coverage pursuant to a professional liability insurance policy. PB also brings a claim under New York’s General Business Law (“GBL”) § 349 alleging that Defendants engaged in deceptive acts and practices by denying PB’s insurance claims. Defendants now move to dismiss the Complaint (“Complaint” or “Am. Compl.”)…
