This is the second appeal of this case, which is an action to quiet title, and involves questions of undue influence and of the soundness of mind of Sarah Kauffman, the grantor in the deed challenged. The opinion in the first appeal is reported in 72 Ind. App. 439, 118 N. E. 155. The error assigned is the action of the court in overruling appellants’ motion for a new trial, which presents the questions hereinafter considered.
