The appellant James 0. Sodders, administrator of the estate of Newton L. Jackson, deceased, filed, in the court below, a petition to pell two separate tracts of real estate alleged to be the property of his decedent for the purpose of paying debts, and made his co-appellants, Union State Bank of Redkey, Indiana, and Margaret Jackson, and the appellee, Lloyd L. Jackson, parties defendant.
