This petition of the National Relations Board seeks enforcement of a Board order that respondent company shall henceforth engage in collective bargaining in good faith with the exclusive representative of its employees, Milk Wagon Drivers and Creamery Workers Union, Local No. 380, affiliated with International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Ware-housemen and Helpers of America. 1 Respondent’s position in this unfair labor practice proceeding and in an earlier representation proceeding has been that Local 380 is subject to a disqualifying…
