In relation to the issues as to whether there was causal negligence on the part of defendant and contributory negligence on plaintiff's part, the jury found. (1) that defendant failed to furnish a place of employment as free from danger to the safety of frequenters as the nature of the employment, and place of employment, would reasonably permit; (2) that such failure was a natural cause of the accident, which resulted in injury to plaintiff; and (3) that he did not fail to exercise such care and caution for his own safety as an ordinarily prudent person ordinarily exercises under the same or…
