Ferguson, Judge:

The accused was originally tried by general court-martial on November 4, 1960, upon nine specifications of larceny by check, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 121, 10 USC § 921, and nine specifications of uttering worthless checks, in violation of Code, supra, Article 134, 10 USC § 934. Upon his pleas of guilty, he was convicted and sentenced to bad-conduct discharge and reduction to private.
