The plaintiff brought action against the American Oil Company and Boon-Iseley Drug Company to recover for injuries which she alleges she received from the poisonous effect of an insecticide, the spray of which had settled upon various portions of her person and had caused inflammation, pustules and boils of a serious and recurrent nature.
