MOORE, Justice.
Defendants first assign as error the trial court’s finding that the in-court identification of the defendants by the witness Picklesimer was of independent origin and properly admissible.
The witness Picklesimer identified defendant Brown at a lineup on 15 February 1971. Defendant Brown, with seven other Negro males, was in the lineup. At the time Brown was represented by Joseph George Brown, attorney, who was present and advised Brown during the lineup procedure.
