This case brings before the court appeals by both parties from a final decree of the Circuit Court awarding the complainant, the Penn Electrical & Manufacturing Company, the sum of $4,970.50, with interest and costs, in an accounting against the defendants, John M. Conroy, Edwin N. Prugh; and Mildred W. Prugh, copartners trading and doing business as Conroy, Prugh & Co., for infringement of letters patent No. 631,-033, granted to complainant August 15, 1899, for new style of toilet mirrors.
