MANSMANN, Circuit Judge.

We must decide whether it constitutes cumulative punishment for the same offense (“double counting”), as discussed in United States v. McNeill, 887 F.2d 448 (3d Cir.1989), cert. denied, 493 U.S. 1087, 110 S.Ct. 1152, 107 L.Ed.2d 1055 (1990) to enhance a defendant’s sentence under both § 2B1.1(b)(5) of the Sentencing Guidelines, for engaging in more than minimal planning and under § 3Bl.l(c), for acting as an organizer or leader of criminal activity.
