{1 John Pinder was convicted of two counts of aggravated murder and related crimes in 2000. We affirmed those convictions in State v. Pinder, 2005 UT 15, 114 P.3d 551. Pinder subsequently filed a petition for relief under the Post-Conviction Remedies Act (PCRA). The district court dismissed Pinder's PCRA claims on summary judgment, and this appeal followed.
