POINTER, Chief Judge.
Under submission after appropriate discovery, extensive briefing, and oral argument is the motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Scotfoam Corporation and its related entities. 1 Scotfoam makes polyurethane foam, some of which was attached to breast implants by several implant manufacturers, including Medical Engineering Corporation, Heyer-Schulte Co., Cox-Uphoff, Inc., and Aesthetech. 2 Scotfoam asserts that it is not liable for alleged injuries to breast implant recipients on the ground, inter alia, that, as a bulk supplier, it…
