OPINION

McKEAGUE, Circuit Judge.

Neileigh Regets sued on behalf of herself and the estate of her deceased husband, Thomas Steiner, asserting claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the City of Plymouth (the “City”) and three of its police officers (“Defendants”). Regets alleges that the officers violated her and Steiner’s constitutional rights by conducting an unreasonable search and seizure after the police received a tip from Christopher Kish (“Kish”), Regets’s former boyfriend, that she planned to assist Steiner in committing suicide.
