OPINION ANNOUNCING THE JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

Justice NIGRO.

We granted allowance of appeal in this workers’ compensation case to decide whether the workers’ compensation judge (“WCJ”) properly found that a light-duty position offered to *98James Myers (“Claimant”) was a temporary position and if so, whether the WCJ properly modified Claimant’s benefits only for that period of time that the position was available. We affirm the WCJ’s decision in both respects.
