There are two appeals, both from the judgment and decree in favor of plaintiff Helen Peterson, in a quiet-title action. One appeal is by defendants and cross-complainants John Edward Wilson and Constance Patricia Wilson; the other is by defendant and cross-complainant Russell T. Ainsworth.

The complaint is in three counts. The first count is in the usual form of a quiet-title action against all defendants.
