In this action, filed pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 405(g), plaintiff, Theodore Capoferri, seeks review of the final decision of defendant, Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (“Secretary”) denying his claim for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits. * Defendant has moved for summary judgment.
