Defendant appeals convictions of four counts of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine, ORS 475.890, and three counts of unlawful possession of methamphetamine, ORS 475.894. He argues that the trial court erred in failing to suppress a backpack and its contents, which he alleges were unlawfully seized during a traffic stop.
