SULLIVAN, Chief Judge:

On January 15 and 16, 1991, at Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officers and enlisted members. On mixed pleas, he was found guilty of one specification each of wrongful appropriation, larceny, and presenting a fraudulent *281claim, in violation of Articles 121 and 132, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921 and 932, respectively.
