OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
GENE CARTER, District Judge.
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A), Plaintiff Cheryl D. Bonney requests that the Court reconsider the Magistrate’s Order of July 13, 1983, which denied the Plaintiff’s request to remand this action to the state superior court on the basis that removal to federal court violates 28 U.S.C. § 1445(c), and denied Plaintiff’s request for a jury trial pursuant to Federal *390Rules 81(c) and 39(b). For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiff’s motion is DENIED.1
