This action 'was brought to recover -on a fire insurance policy for -damages to a frame building situated on two certain lots in the city o-f P'ierre. The policy -was issued to plaintiff on the 22d of August, 1921. At the time of the issuance of the policy, and for some five or six years, prior thereto, the title to the insured property had been in the Union Savings Association.
