The decree in this case is not sufficient in form or substance, but in view of our opinion as to the insufficiency of the evidence to sustain any decree possible under the allegations of the bill, we will proceed to a consideration of the evidence.

It appears from the record that' the parties to this proceeding lived together as husband and wife for a period of about four months. The parties were married at Fort Saskatchawan, Northwest Territory. The record does not show whether complainant had resided in the State of Illinois for a period of one year just prior to the filing of his bill…
