This is an appeal from a judgment on an award of compensation for injuries sustained by plaintiff in the service of the Oklahoma Natural Gas Corporation.

It appears that on August 19,1930, the defendant corporation had a number of workmen, including plaintiff, engaged in moving a pipe line in a street in Chanute. While shifting a section of pipe, according to plaintiff’s testimony, he felt a stinging sensation in his left leg. Shortly afterwards he collapsed and was compelled to quit work, and since then he has been unable to work at any kind…
